Pet boarding/training near Pineville

“The best! We recently moved to the US, and this was our first time boarding our cat Ambrose here. I was relieved to find a place that is exclusively for cats!

The Purrfect Paradise is clean and safe, and the rooms are spacious. A lot of other boarding places just shove cats into tiny kitty condos but these rooms gave him plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Jenny and the team sent daily updates, which we absolutely appreciated and totally put our minds at ease while we were away. Ambrose seemed to love his 2-night staycation :)

Huge thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of him. They are officially our #1 go-to from now on, and we’ll definitely be returning.“

“My pet sitter at Fluffs of Luv, Liz G, is exceptional. She has gone above & beyond for me on more than one occasion. She is like a second mother to my cat, Opie, and that makes it easier on me when traveling. I feel so fortunate to have Liz as my pet sitter.“

“The staff is wonderful and truly care about my dog. He is older and they do well with him on overnight boarding when we are unable to take him with us. They make me feel comfortable leaving them in their care.“

With us just moving to the area and one very anxiety ridden dog we were really apprehensive about leaving our girls for a few nights, however, our own anxiety was eased when we received pictures and videos of them enjoying their stay. While they were happy to see us they seemed to have had a great time- we will return.“

“They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.

We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.“

“My dog loves the team and going to day play. I just wish the place was larger so they had more activities for the larger very active pups. Specially those who love to play with water ?. Still she gets very exited when she goes there.“

“Man oh man, where do I begin?

I originally had to take my 7 year old golden retriever, Kratos, to Bed and Bark after a family emergency that required me to go out of state for 3 days. I was very worried and skeptical of most pet boarding centers because of Kratos having very bad anxiety and being very skittish around other people. Despite this, I was left with few options and took a gamble on Bed and Bark since it was the closest place to me. Bed and Bark was the best decision I could have possibly made, my boo-boo bear Kratos was in great hands from start to finish and the cherry on top was the manager Maesha who was completely understanding of my predicament and made the booking and screening process completely hassle free. I have never seen Kratos so sociable with anyone other than me, so that should be a testament to the quality of care your pet will receive at this facility.

“Visited today to help our dog with a temperament test to see if she would be allowed to attend day camp and boarding in the future. The staff was kind and attentive to us and answered all of our questions about the facility. During drop off we couldn't tour the facility since all of the dogs were inside for breakfast, but they were able to show us around the main facility when we picked up our pup. She had major zoomies (puppies huh) on pickup and seemed very at home. You can tell that the staff who watched her actually paid attention based on the report they gave at the end (nailed her personality haha).

Update 2 years later: We’ve loved Wags & Whiskers! Our pup went for a year straight one to three times a week. She’s older now and manages well at home and hasn’t been in a bit, but the staff there always loved her and she was happy to see them every time we dropped her off. ? The only concern is staff to dog ratio which I haven’t asked about since her first drop off & that was previous management.“

“We have 2 beagles… the younger one is a little temperamental but they do a great job handling him..Now Roscoe looks forward to going at least 2x a week and gets so excited… our older beagle Hoss only goes every once in awhile but they do such a great job taking care of him and making him feel comfortable!“

“Cannot recommend Kim with “Two Tails Up” enough. Ours dogs are not the same as they were before our first session with her. & she has equipped us with all the tools needed to keep working with them on what they have learned. Kim is amazing!“

“I had such a great experience at this PetSmart thanks to Aaron! I’m a first-time dog owner, and I was honestly overwhelmed because I wanted to make sure I got everything my puppy would need. The puppy actually stays at my workplace, and I’ll be taking care of him every day, so this is a big responsibility for me.
