“Excellent experience! Very organized, wonderfully detailed notes to update us every day on how our cats were doing, really nice facilities.

Cons: extremely expensive, and we wished they could have been more flexible on timing for pick up day.

“I have used re-treat for ten years or more. Karen and Vincent have become like trusted friends and family over a decade. I even used the 5 days a week for nearly two years during heavy travel. The Owners are wonderful people and my pets often prefer to stay with them instead of coming home with me. I used to have a mid-sized, mixed dog and now I have a pudgy Boston Terrier (with some odd personality quirks) and both dogs absolutely love boarding. My dogs are my children. I drive a long distance to used them. I would recommend them to anyone!“

“The staff is wonderful and truly care about my dog. He is older and they do well with him on overnight boarding when we are unable to take him with us. They make me feel comfortable leaving them in their care.“

“They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.

We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.“

“Visited today to help our dog with a temperament test to see if she would be allowed to attend day camp and boarding in the future. The staff was kind and attentive to us and answered all of our questions about the facility. During drop off we couldn't tour the facility since all of the dogs were inside for breakfast, but they were able to show us around the main facility when we picked up our pup. She had major zoomies (puppies huh) on pickup and seemed very at home. You can tell that the staff who watched her actually paid attention based on the report they gave at the end (nailed her personality haha).

Update 2 years later: We’ve loved Wags & Whiskers! Our pup went for a year straight one to three times a week. She’s older now and manages well at home and hasn’t been in a bit, but the staff there always loved her and she was happy to see them every time we dropped her off. ? The only concern is staff to dog ratio which I haven’t asked about since her first drop off & that was previous management.“

“Cannot recommend Kim with “Two Tails Up” enough. Ours dogs are not the same as they were before our first session with her. & she has equipped us with all the tools needed to keep working with them on what they have learned. Kim is amazing!“

“My dog loves the team and going to day play. I just wish the place was larger so they had more activities for the larger very active pups. Specially those who love to play with water ?. Still she gets very exited when she goes there.“

“Was in the area getting gas, saw the new Wayback Burger (not promoting them) placed a mobile order, thought to pass the time would checkout a new boarding place for my dogs. When I walked in this place was CLEAN, my regular kennel isn’t this clean. You can’t even smell the dog smell ya know. Since the place was so nice, I expected to be brushed off as a walk in tour. NOPE I was greeted promptly and was given the best tour by a hilarious woman! She really gave me all the information I needed and cracked some jokes really made me feel welcomed. I’m in the parking lot waiting for my food, just thought I would say thanks for the information Myesha and the magnet! Creating my account now! Run to Bed & Bark people!“

“We have 2 beagles… the younger one is a little temperamental but they do a great job handling him..Now Roscoe looks forward to going at least 2x a week and gets so excited… our older beagle Hoss only goes every once in awhile but they do such a great job taking care of him and making him feel comfortable!“

“The best … I’ve been to every veterinary practice in Charlotte,This is “Long “ overdue.The doctors are conservative, comprehensive caring and provide the absolute best!I breed cavalier, King Charles, I’ve had multiple procedures at Long’s, including cesarean sections, umbilical cord, correction surgeries,, Emergency care for newborns etc. etc.I should’ve written this review a decade agoIf I could get 10 stars !Thank you❤️❣️?“

“We boarded our two little dogs and they had a blast! They were well cared for and we loved being able to see them via the webcam during group playtime. We were a little worried about our elderly chihuahua (adopted when a family member passed away) because she has never been boarded. She had so much fun - she threw a fit because she did not want to leave the group playtime! Thank you for taking such great care of our babies!“
