As I am a senior and was not familiar with the site. I needed directions as to where to go to get my test. All of the staff were friendly and direct me where to go. First impression is most important. It sets the tone for your company. Timothy the young man on your patient receptionist team was amazing. Very patient helpful and kind. Made me feel comfortable right away. As I was a nervous wreck due to illness of my husband. You never know what people are going through. I have been seen by several cardiologists that just didn't get the job done after several years. Finally I was referred by my PCP Dr. Susan Owens at First Charlotte Physicians, to Novant Heart and Vascular Institute, Elizabeth to see Dr Vidwan. Dr Vidwan performed a heart procedure but said that I do have another problem. He referred me to Dr Hsu, he performed two of his specialty procedures. Finally I am on track again and I just can't say enough positive things about all of my exceptional care team! So thankful!!

Cardiac rehab team at the Heart & Vascular Institute are beyond superb.
Amy, DeDe, Jane, Kim, Molly, & Robert are truly amazing. Their constant positivity & knowing everyone’s names immediately even though they have 7-8 classes a day is incredible.
I can never say enough about this team & anyone considering this place to do their rehab absolutely must!!
You will not regret it!!
