Based on the reviews, Sugar Creek Health Center has a staff that is compassionate, professional, and understanding. The process is explained clearly from the beginning and is consistent throughout the clinic. Patients are treated with respect and are not rushed. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly passionate about the patients. The clinic is clean and runs very efficiently, with things getting done in a timely manner. Patients are always seen on time and feel heard and cared for. The medical staff provides top notch service, with attention to detail and care that is felt. Patients leave well informed and feel confident in their doctor and the team.
I had a wonderful experience at this office! Mari, the MA, was extremely professional, kind and so understanding — she made me feel completely at ease. The PA Gabrielle was equally professional and had such an easy going and welcoming demeanor. Both ladies made what could have been a stressful appointment very comfortable. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning. Thank you Mari and Gabrielle!
Very clean place. All of the staff was really nice and very respectful. The medical assistant and the doctor were very pleasant. The doctor explained everything fully so i had clear understanding. My appointment went decently quick. Overall it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend this establishment for your Healthcare needs!
The staff at Sugar Creek Clinic are compassionate, professional, & understanding. The process is explained clearly from the beginning & is consistent throughout the clinic. They treat you with respect and you are not rushed whatsoever. I have Dr. Bailey who is caring, concerned, listens attentively, & proactively reached out to the nurse practitioner so I could be seen as soon as possible. I feel very lucky to have found such a good place.
