They called me back to see the provider right away. The provider listened to me attentively and addressed all concerns. Overall great experience! The NP that I had been seeing left the practice but the one who took over her patients is great! Sometimes when you change doctors they want to change your care plan or your meds but she do any of that, my current meds are working for me so she left everything the way I was comfortable with it and I appreciate that so much! I have recommended this practice to my friends!
