I was very impressed with my 1st visit here everyone was very helpful and professional and courteous I felt like they were really concerned about my well-being and were very knowledgeable
I was pleasantly surprised in my experience. Being new to the Charlotte area and public assistance, I had no preconceived conceptions of what I would experience, so I went in without expectations.
Upon walking in, I was greeted and assisted to the appropriate location for my care appt. I didn't wait longer than 15 mins to be seen. All of the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. All of the attitudes were positive, calm, and happy.

Dr. Hendrix & staff are awesome. They work quickly to see you and complete your appointment but are appropriately thorough leaving no health concern unanswered. I’m glad I chose this location for my care.
