“I sent a text message to Dan Minton and he responded quickly. We set up a day and time to get an estimate on our floors. He looked them over and spotted all of our problem areas immediately without us pointing them out. We received our quote in a timely manner, we accepted and he worked around our schedule for a start date. It took 5 days total for the square footage we had. He had a father/son team on our project, they arrived on time and were so professional and respectful. The amazing part was my husband works from home and we have a dog. We were able to stay home the entire time. Dry time between coats is so much shorter now that they have great water base products to use. They filled in all the divets and cracks in our floors, they look brand new and put on all new shoe molding to match the new floors and left the house clean. I highly recommend Accent Wood Floors for your floor refinishing work. I loved the father/son team that we had. They work so well together!“

Upon the President of the company inspecting said floor, he found some damage to the floor, but not anything that couldn't be repaired. This was the professional opinion of a person that has been in every level of the flooring business for 40 years, from installation to administration. Because our opinion did not meet Ms Mary D's specifications, she gave us a scathing review which was unwarranted. Georgia Carpet, nor any employee, received any compensation of any sort for providing our professional opinion on Ms Mary D's floor.
