“Ms Mary D gave us a critical review on Jan 2021. We were contacted by another restoration company, to provide our personal and professional opinion of the installation of a wood floor. Upon the President of the company inspecting said floor, he found some damage to the floor, but not anything that couldn't be repaired. This was the professional opinion of a person that has been in every level of the flooring business for 40 years, from installation to administration. Because our opinion did not meet Ms Mary D's specifications, she gave us a scathing review which was unwarranted. Georgia Carpet, nor any employee, received any compensation of any sort for providing our professional opinion on Ms Mary D's floor. We are truly sorry that Ms Mary D doesn't agree with our professional assessment.“
