We were very impressed with the refinishing of our floors by Zack’s! He had our 30 year old flooring looking brand new. The quality of workmanship for our staircase replacement was impeccable. He was extremely attentive to ensure quality work was done, provided suggestions to address trouble spots, and was incredibly punctual. We appreciated his flexibility to make last minute changes, add ons, and worked around other contractors we had for our home renovation. We’ve had nothing but compliments from all that have seen it. I highly recommend Zack’s if you are looking to improve your flooring or update your stairs!

We had several quotes for our project which included carpet removal on stairs/second floor and replacing it with white oak. Sam was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had to move out of the house during the Reno (with a baby and cats). A lot of planning went into rearranging work schedules and booking air b&b’s and pet hotels during that time. The crew was punctual and started right on time! Sam projected it would take 10 days, but they were done in 6. Our stairs and floors are beautiful!! The stain we chose matches our already stained railings perfectly and the paint job was immaculate. These guys are the best and they really know what they are doing! We are so glad we chose them!
We hired Juliano for installing all new hardwood floors and stairs at the recommendation of our realtor. We went with white oak finished onsite. Juliano acted as the GC of the project providing timely updates and timelines. The work was quoted at 2 weeks and finished in one. They are brand new so I can’t speak to the longevity of it yet but they look beautiful!
