“Mike and his team are the real deal. No BS, no fluff, no nothing. Mike outlined what he was going to do, outlined the process and performed EXACTLY as promised. The team spent a full nine hours of prep, before pouring a drop of chemicals to coat the floor. I couldn’t be more impressed by the integrity, work ethic and quality of this company’s workmanship. Great people doing great work is the norm for Top Flight.”
“These folks are excellent! Very professional. Great process. Great people.
We’re still in the design stage, so stay tuned.”
“We had talked for quite some time about converting our outdoor patio into a sunroom and studio for my wife’s watercolor art business. After seeking quotes from several local contractors, we chose Ryerson Brothers Construction based on strong recommendations from friends and neighbors. Our initial meeting with Jesse Ryerson was positive and helpful to clarify options for us to consider. He quickly provided a clear, detailed quote, and a follow-up meeting with Jim and his team confirmed they were the right fit for our project.
The construction team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Project superintendent Leslie Torrence and project manager Ricky Compton offered helpful, creative suggestions that improved our original vision and kept us updated throughout the construction process. When unexpected challenges came up, Ricky handled them with professionalism and a positive “can-do” attitude.
The finished space is exactly what we had hoped for and more. It is beautifully built with great attention to detail - a joyful expansion of the living space in our home! Every member of the Ryerson team with whom we had contact was respectful, approachable, and took pride in their work. We’re happy to recommend with confidence Ryerson Brothers Construction for any renovation project you might need.
