“We recently completed the build of our house in Catawba NC. We used Legacy Floor Services for all of our hardwood (white oak), LVP and tile (flooring; showers). They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. Kathy worked very hard with us from the beginning, to select the right finish for the flooring. She sent samples more than once until we made the final selection. The hardwoods look great. She even brought us some recommended cleaning product for it (no charge) to make sure we understood the best way to take care of the floor.
She worked with us to change our specified LVP for the basement, when we realized that we did not like the originally specified flooring. She gained agreement from the supplier to take the original LVP back in exchange for the revised selection free of charge.
The tile installation was also excellent. She paid great attention to detail to ensure we had the correct tile in the correct location per our design.
Legacy Floor Services was one of the few contractors on our build that we had ZERO problems with, and this was a fairly large scope of work.
Overall a great experience and we are really happy. We highly recommend them and in particular, Kathy.”
