“Woody & Charlie came out only a few hours after I called. They were very courteous and professional and explained everything they were doing step by step. They were also very respectful of our home and kept everything very tidy as they worked.Our home is old and needs lots of updates: all of the plumbing, a new water heater, and an upgraded water softener. Woody gave me lots of advice and options and I never felt any sort of pressure to hurry up and schedule anything or that I had to purchase any products from him exclusively.We will most certainly continue to use Wilmington Plumbing not only for their excellent work, fast response, and professionalism, but also because they were very reasonably priced for the services performed and the amount of time it took to complete.Service: Water heater repair“

“Very responsive to schedule a visit. Very engaging during the visit. Very accommodating to my health challenge. They looked at two sinks that were not working properly. Charged $171 to put a washer on a sink and troubleshoot. We didn’t decide on price prior to this. Very disappointed to have to pay that price for. 20 minute review. Came out originally for a hot water heater. Was just going to select them but after the washer price wil go and do due diligence with others. Overall a good experience but be careful of impromptu pricing. We’ll see how they compare with others on the hot water heater.“

The original appointment block was from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and when I called about the technician's estimated time of arrival Michelle showed great customer service on the phone with the information I requested. Our technician, Tanner, arrived at the updated time of arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor despite working outdoors in the rain. Tanner diagnosed and corrected our issue in less than 30 minutes (capacitor replacement). Blaze, Michelle, and Tanner made it so our family only experienced 86°F indoor temperatures for a short period of time, at a reasonable price, with professional and kind customer service.“

“I was in regular contact with the team and the owner, Texas, and they were fantastic! I have several questions as to the work and insurance and they never hesitated to answer me and give call backs! They came out to my house and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Everyone was incredibly respectful, honest, and professional. I truly appreciate that! They even took a few minutes to play with my kids, which meant a lot.

Overall, I highly recommend this company and the quality of their work. I also have AHS (American Home Shield), and they were able to cover part of the work, which was a big help. I definitely recommend having AHS coverage as well.
