Both technicians, Ben & John (I think), were great. Very pleasant to talk with. Very confident in their skillsets. I already had a couple plumbers to try and fix this issue, but we're unable. Ben made a suggestion with confidence that overall saved me time and money. He backed up his talk and had this nightmare of a clog fixed within minutes. Great folks, highly skilled, confident and honest. I just moved to this area and will tell you that Roto is who I will call from now on. Thanks guys.

Richard did a great job, but the service was expensive. Unfortunately on a Sunday but I wanted to make sure nothing else occurred from the drain stoppage in my toilets. Thank you Richard!
