Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Holly Ridge, NC
“Friendly, competent worker arrived same day I called. Mildly surprised at the cost, would recommend Eric and will use Ben Franklin again.”
Thornton’s Plumbing Inc.
“I contacted Stacey Cimmerer back in May 28 of 2026. The Shower unit Thorntons had installed in my new home back in 2020 had developed some cracks in the floor.
Stacey went (in my opinion) above and beyond in assisting me with getting a warranty claim filed and the repair made free of charge.
The repair was authorized and done by June 4th with no hassle.
Stacey is a credit to your business, and I just wanted to make you aware of my gratitude for her assistance.
Thanks again, and best wishes.
Matt”
