I wish I could give 10 Stars. Appointment was made yesterday for this morning. Tech called at 745 said he would arrive at 810. He was spot on and it is now 819 he has left and job complete. Speedy Plumbing isn't just a catchy name. Charles was extremely professional and speedy. Thank you for the help Happy Holidays!!
I recently reviewed this company and gave them a 1-Star rating due to my phone call going unanswered. To be fair, I am a perfectionist and I'm impatient. I did get a phone call back a few hours later the day I left a message and deleted that review; the lady I spoke to was very polite and professional but I can’t remember her name. She explained that Charles would be coming to my house between 8am and 4pm the next day. That was a plus because normally with American Home Shield you usually wait 3-5 days for someone, which is why I called that morning to make sure the work order was in. At 7:30 am the next day, Charles called and told me he would be at my house by 8am....read full review
2nd time they have taken care of a problem for us. The water heater broke, flooded. We called Monday morning. They called back quickly, arrived shortly after the call & the new heater was installed.This company is professional & reliable.
