Avery and Reynold arrived exactly on time. They were both friendly and professional. They removed an old commode from our powder room, and installed a new higher profile one that will be easier on the knees!!!😉 They cleaned up the work area, (literally on hands and knees wet wiping the whole floor) and removed the old toilet and all the boxes from the new one. I just want to emphasize that we have found our new plumbers for life, and if you need a plumbing company you should give them a call and speak with the scheduler, Clay (also a very nice guy), and ask for Avery and Reynold.

Had a small job and was looking for quotes. Removal of water softener and add shut off valve. Asked Claude (AI) who he would use. Eastern was one of two Claude recommended. I received other quotes from other plumbers. They were the lowest quote. Came out to look at it same day and did the job quickly and very well done. Highly recommend this plumber

I cannot recommend Eastern Plumbing enough! After dealing with multiple other plumbing companies who either wouldn’t fix the problem on the spot or gave me quotes that seemed outrageously high, I called Eastern Plumbing expecting to simply get another estimate. Instead, they showed up on time, assessed the situation, gave me clear and transparent pricing, and were able to complete the entire job right then and there.
They replaced the extremely old cast iron plumbing underneath my house that had been causing problems with my shower, and I finally have a fully functioning shower again! The entire experience was such a relief.
