“I was referred to Gus Vidal by a close friend and I am so thankful I followed through with the recommendation. Gus, is full of knowledge. His experience and thought out plans and discussions for your specific issue are discussed thoroughly and throughout treatment. In addition to the overall care received by Gus, his staff Alicia and Cheryl are very friendly, professional, and attentive.Something else I would like to point out that was very important to me, is that unlike the big physical therapy offices such as Ortho NC, Duke Physical Therapy, and others, the treatment at North Wake is exclusively one on one. You do not have a physical therapist that is juggling 3-4 patients at one time. I have done physical therapy at other places and the juggling around, switching from one therapist assistant to another, explaining your issue over and over, becomes exhausting. At Wake North you are the only patient for your session.I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I received here and will continue to go for any physical therapy needs if I need them in the future, and of course I will continue to highly recommend Gus and this office.“

“Following hip surgery on 8/20/20 and waiting two weeks I started PT with this facility using Gus as my primary PT and Justin for an appointment when Gus was not available. Started with twice a week sessions for one month and am wrapping up a month of once per week sessions. These two professionals are excellent with both being personable and attentive to your needs and conditions and adjusting based on your progress. Have never needed PT before. Gus picked up on some issues with my left knee and worked that issue as well as working my hip needs after surgery. My experience with this facility has been all positive! Highly recommended based on my experience!“

“Danielle was one of the main reasons for my successful recovery after my first birth. I knew I wanted to get established with a pelvic floor PT post birth at the recommendation of close friends of mine, and I can confidently say I made THE BEST choice by choosing Danielle at PhysioFit. I’ve had PT experiences in the past where it felt very hands off and as if I was never making progress on recovering from injury or pain I was having. Danielle takes the time to work 1:1 with you for the entirety of your appointment. At every appointment we would debrief from the last, identify the primary, secondary, and even tertiary concerns (if needed), then go to work! Danielle explained everything she was doing clearly concisely. When we worked on different exercises, she would take me through step-by-step, and would make sure I had similar tools to work with at home so I could continue my care on my own time as well. What really impressed me was at my first appointment, Danielle asked if it would be helpful to videotape me moving through some of the stretches she was showing me, with her providing the cues. I took her up on this and it proved to be helpful for weeks after that until I had done the homework enough to be able to flow through it by memory. I will say, the internal work I had done was not the most comfortable experience of my life, but it made a world of difference in my pelvic floor recovery and I am extremely grateful for it. Danielle went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so grateful for her knowledge, time, and patience while working with me. The other staff I interacted with briefly at each appointment were friendly and welcoming as well (shout out to Victoria!) and I didn’t want to complete this review without mentioning that. The prices were very fair too, considering PhysioFit does not run through insurance. They also offer group classes, one of which I wish I was able to get to (but just couldn’t squeeze into my schedule) which was the yoga with baby class. My family is relocating back closer to our family in New York, and it makes me sad that I will not be able to go back to Danielle as we plan to have a second child in the near future. Whoever I end up seeing in New York DEFINITLEY has big shoes to fill That said, if you are looking for a PT, look no further for individualized, quality care.“

“When we started we had a diff OT and then we switched due to schedule issues to Kerri and my granddaughter has thrived! It’s a great place and while my granddaughter has tantrums occasionally, Kerri is very loving and patient with her and knows how to help her decompress. Dealing with autism is difficult but the staff here has been so helpful! Thank you so much!“

“I have been going to the Wake Forest Studio for over a year and a half. I am absolutely loving my weekly stretch. The team there has become key in my mental and physical wellbeing and my Flexoligist is my friend. I was 41 when I started and in semi great shape, now I am making incredible strides in my physical performance at the gym, golf course, and general physical activity. If thank you to everyone at the studio!“
