Huge shout out to the running PTs - I was experiencing some IT Band pain before my upcoming half marathon and Kimberly was immensely helpful. I never felt rushed - she thoroughly explained the exercises and the reason behind them, which I appreciated. Recommend them for any running related struggles.

Highly recommend the Running PTs! I was visiting family in Apex after Christmas and was dealing with a pretty bad lumbar strain from crossfit. I made a last minute appointment and was seen the same afternoon. Hayden and the staff at the Running PTs did such a great job on my back, it was a lifesaver, especially since I am not from the area. Everyone was professional and courteous, cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Hayden and the Running PTs!

They know how to help athletes and get right to it! Although I'm fastly on the mend, I will definitely be back for...read full review

From The Running PTs

We are Doctors of Physical Therapy specializing in treating the lower extremity; including running and overuse injuries as well as post-operative rehabilitation. We’re in network with most insurances and a referral isn’t necessary. One on one care. Manual therapy, soft tissue, dry needling specialists. The goal of The Running PTs is two-fold: to get patients feeling better quickly, and to determine and address the initial cause of the injury. In runners, this is often times an issue with mobility, strength, or a biomechanical flaw. Our therapists can quickly determine the cause of a running or lower extremity injury. This allows us to reduce symptoms and fix the flaw in as few treatments as possible.
