Jon is the absolute best! I have seen several PT's over the years but Jon is the first to address my back issues. He is very patient focused and meets you where you are and helps you get back to the things you love! I went from walking with pain in my back and hip to mastering my first thru hike of the Art Loab trail! Plenty of take home exercises that I can incorporate into my daily life.
I have a history of lower back pain and have seen multiple PT's over the past 10 years or so. I had limited success at other places, but I was never able to get over my lower back pain. The pain was getting worse so I had an MRI and had to decide on how to proceed. I was recommended to Team Care and Jon from my spine doctor at UNC. Jon was very easy to work with and wanted to know what my preferences were. For example, I personally wanted to avoid surgery so Jon took that into consideration. I have been suffering from chronic neck pain since a brain surgery 17 years ago. I tried everything from medications, to injections, to other physical therapists, and much more over the years. I saw Jon Weinberg on recommendation from family that had seen him. Our first session, he did a thorough examination and testing of what triggered my pain and came up with a treatment plan that has helped tremendously. It’s the first thing in 17 years that has brought me consistent relief and given me tools to have control over my pain!
