107 Edinburgh S Dr #100a, Cary“I’m so thankful to my coworker for recommending Response Physical Therapy to me. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean and well-equipped with all the right tools to support recovery.
My physical therapist, Jeffrey, took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment plan, and provided tailored exercises to helped me make progress before my trip to Greece. What I appreciated most is how he consistently checked in on my progress and adjusted my exercises as needed to ensure I was always improving.
The entire team is so supportive and dedicated, and you can tell they genuinely care about your recovery. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to improve mobility, this is the place to go!
I highly recommend Response Physical Therapy to anyone in need of physical therapy. They’ve truly made a difference in my life! Thanks Jeffrey!!“

140 Iowa Ln, Cary“I have a history of lower back pain and have seen multiple PT's over the past 10 years or so. I had limited success at other places, but I was never able to get over my lower back pain. The pain was getting worse so I had an MRI and had to decide on how to proceed. I was recommended to Team Care and Jon from my spine doctor at UNC. Jon was very easy to work with and wanted to know what my preferences were. For example, I personally wanted to avoid surgery so Jon took that into consideration. I also want to remain active like lifting weights and playing basketball. There is no magic solution, but after consistently following Jon's plan for me I am now pain free. Probably more importantly than just being pain free, I better understand why this is happening, how to detect it, and fix it early on. If you are in pain then I recommend you see Jon and commit to the plan.
Also, Dave's awesome. Both Dave's were great, but I am specifically referring to the one that walks on 4 legs.“

302 Colonades Way #212, Cary“I am 78 years old, and I schedule a session at one of the Stretch Lab locations every week -- it's the best experience I've ever had for helping me with my physical body! Not only does it exercise my muscles, but it also relaxes my brain (as someone with ADHD, that is awesome!). All of the stretchologists have been wonderful -- and I love to work with different ones because they each have their own style. Whether you have a specific area of your body that needs help because of surgery or an injury, or just want to be more flexible, Stretch Lab is the answer!“

215 Tals Rock Wy Suite 3, Cary“Rashmi provided me wonderful support, listened to my issues, provided details of why I was experiencing the pain, described exactly what she as doing and why. She helped me heal a pain that I’ve had for over 10 years, which no other practitioner could resolve. She is very knowledgeable and shows that she cares deeply about her patients. I would highly recommend seeing her as she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and listens well to understand your pain.“

201 Davis Grove Cir #106, Cary“I cannot recommend Sandra highly enough! After struggling with a severe diastasis, I'm thrilled to share that only after a few months of weekly sessions, it has completely healed.
After having two kids in the past 3 years, I was also dealing with a very weak pelvic floor. Thanks to Sandra's expertise and guidance, those symptoms have disappeared, and the difference is truly life-changing!
Sandra has a way of making you feel super comfortable - she's extremely kind, motivating, and patient. She's also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which has been a tremendous help in fitting sessions into my busy life.
Thank you for making a real difference in my health and overall well-being Sandra!“
