“I was referred to Dr. De La Cruz in May 2025. During that time I was in a lot of pain and had excessive bleeding. Dr. De La Cruz diagnosed me with several health conditions and came up with a treatment plan to help me. Part of the treatment plan was to loose weight in preparation for surgery. To do so, Dr. De La Cruz told me about Ms. Jillian Van Essendelft who I could meet with for weight management. I met with Jillian monthly and with her help eventually lost over 20 pounds in preparation for surgery. Dr. De La Cruz did the surgery to fix the issues that I had.
