Dr. De La Cruz diagnosed me with several health conditions and came up with a treatment plan to help me. Part of the treatment plan was to loose weight in preparation for surgery. To do so, Dr. De La Cruz told me about Ms. Jillian Van Essendelft who I could meet with for weight management. I met with Jillian monthly and with her help eventually lost over 20 pounds in preparation for surgery. Dr. De La Cruz did the surgery to fix the issues that I had. I am so happy with the medical treatment that I received. I am so happy to have a doctor who listens, is compassionate, and is an expert in what she does.
