I was referred to Dr. De La Cruz in May 2025. During that time I was in a lot of pain and had excessive bleeding. Dr. De La Cruz diagnosed me with several health conditions and came up with a treatment plan to help me. Part of the treatment plan was to loose weight in preparation for surgery. To do so, Dr. De La Cruz told me about Ms. Jillian Van Essendelft who I could meet with for weight management. I met with Jillian monthly and with her help eventually lost over 20 pounds in preparation for surgery. Dr. De La Cruz did the surgery to fix the issues that I had. I rarely ever leave immediate reviews but I want to highlight Dr. Cho’s bedside manner.
I had a relatively poor experience with Scheduling and getting seen after attempting multiple times to be seen last year during a miscarriage/after math, and ultimately tried again this summer after concerning scan results from my PCP. Was able to get in to be seen by Dr. Cho and she was beyond amazing at my appointment today. She took the time to thoroughly explain different options, research, long term care tools that I could take time to pick from and work with her on to help with my pain.
