Tech called 15 minutes before showing up. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Checked unit in attic ( 5 minutes)than Freon in AC ( 10 minutes) , added 2lbs.? @ $90 per pound AND $150 service fee !!! + tax Total \u003d $350.00 ? amount of the service fee was never mentioned when making an appointment or at any other time until it was time to pay.was looking for a new company to use for service going forward with my two houses . I’ll be using someone else !

The owner and employees are great. They excel in everything they do, from personal communication, being there ahead of their time window, knowledge, work ethic, and standing behind their work and products. 100% Professional!! My A/C went out. The technician came out and told me what needed to be repaired. I, and I stress "I", asked about replacing the unit. No attempts to up sell, or get me to buy something I didn't need. He contacted the owner and I was quoted a great price. The owner said they would do their best to get it in that day, but may be next or day after. About 2 hours later, the owner personally delivered the new unit and let me know his crew was on the way...read full review
