Overall good experience. It did take them 6 weeks to get me in as a new patient, kinda far out. The visit was good, friendly staff. The wait past my appointment time was disappointing, and I was the first appointment after lunch. So you gotta have patience.
The doctors, staff and spa staff are excellent. They are kind and full of information and helpful suggestions. They are professional courteous, and listen well. I recommend this team highly. I find Dr. Contento to be excellent and insightful and is respectful of his patients and their questions. The person who orders shoes was so helpful in finding shoes as I was a challenging fit. Krista and Oona are diligent and happy to work with everyone who needs the spa even with the challenges I fast. I am always happy to see them and I know I am in good hands with their kind gentle insightful work and attention to detail.
My son was the one who had an appointment with them. The staff was professional and made sure we understood everything and the doctors were professional and polite and took the time to explain to my son what he were doing and very well done. I will tell people about the great experience my son had. It's a real laid atmosphere. 5 stars all day . Keep up the good work.
