IVX Health Infusion Center offers a professional and impressive facility that exceeds expectations. Patients receive infusions in a comfortable private suite, and the whole place feels very relaxing and spa-like, not like a doctor's office. It is very clean and modern. The staff is kind, respectful, caring, and very thorough, always efficient in taking care of appointments with little wait time. They are extremely qualified, welcoming, calming, and super nice, making patients feel at ease. The team is very good at explaining procedures in understandable conversation. Best of all, they handle all the pre-approvals and paperwork with insurance and drug companies, which takes a huge load off patients' shoulders.
A very nice facility. I had comfortable private suite while getting my infusion. The staff was kind, respectful and caring, very thorough with their care. I would recommend this facility to any other person requiring an infusion of some kind.
They have always been very efficient in taking care of my husband’s appointments. We don’t have to wait long before seeing the nurse. She has been very good at explaining the procedure and talking in conversation that is understandable.
