“Saved again by Gaston Hearing Center. Discovered this morning that the speaker wire was severed on one my hearing aids. In a bit of a panic I called for advice on how to get repaired, fully expecting a lengthy process of running around or shipping somewhere for repairs. Instead I was given an appointment for an hour later with Dr. Lindsay. She was able to repair, tune up and turn up my hearing aids within 15 minutes and send me on my way. In my 2 years doing business with them they have always been incredibly responsive, quick with scheduling appointments, very reasonable with pricing and are some of the most pleasant folks around to deal with. Highly recommend.“

So when I needed a new PCP, Dr. Johnson welcomed me. She doesn’t rush through our appointments, answers any and all questions I may have even if it’s after our appointment if something comes to my mind I send a message and the response is prompt and informative.
