It took months to contact ( reason for 4 starts instead of 5). No way to contact online and voicemails unanswered. But once they did, all the staff was helpful and friendly. I guess they are just overworked. Went in for a colo with Dr. Oh. Very positive and comfortable experience. Front desk is welcoming and nice. Waiting chairs are uncomfortable - felt bad for the person with me who had to sit in them for two hours. They got me back quickly. All staff was efficient and friendly and seem competent. Procedure went well. Prep they gave was tolerable - better than some I've done. Overall I am pleased with Caromont Gastro. No more drives to Charlotte! Yay!
These guys were great! Quick, efficient, and super tidy. They took down a tree in my yard without any issues and cleaned everything up perfectly afterward. Highly recommend!

Called them on a Saturday night about a water heater and they came out the next day and replaced it. They were professional, prompt, reliable, dependable, and courteous. The tech cleaned up everything and did an amazing job. We are pleased and will definitely use them again.

I have been having my lashing done with Lex for 3 months now. I had never had lash extensions before, and I now, I can't imagine not have lashes! Lex is simply amazing she is always on time, thorough, consistent and never makes you feel rushed. The environment is very relaxing, and Lex adds to that by allowing me to just zone out and enjoy the peacefulness. She'll even offer you a cozy blanket. It's such an amazing opportunity to get a mental reset, to the point I have even fallen asleep a few times. I absolutely love going to see her and everyone else I have encountered at LOM has been wonderful. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Been going to her since she was on old Pineville rd then freedom dr now Belmont yes I follow her she's that good love her yes from the experience I had I could give one star but I want it is what it is she's still that lady even though when I went I had a lil problem with my sew in went to see if they could correct it the next day showed the problem and I got blamed for it tried to explain but that didn't set well with my girl natty still love her but was told to never come back all because of a tiny issue that could have been handled I didn't get mad or fuss it her shop so no need for that yes I miss her wish we could have resolved the issue I really liked the atmosphere the owner and stylist but that's my experience she's still awesome still my girl natty you rock much love ❤️

I had an amazing experience with my hair stylist. I didn't think to catch her name, but she's the reason I'll be coming back. It's not just about the great job she did on my hair and beard, but it's the experience I had conversing and joking since with her. I could not recommend this place any harder. Wish there was another star I could give this salon.

Staying in Belmont from out of state and wanted to freshen up the hairs. Stopped by without making an appointment and luckily the guys were willing and able to find a way to squeeze me in. Even after offering to make an appointment and come back later they made a genuine effort to make it happen. Although being squeezed in last minute the experience was neither rushed or short. Great attention to detail, respectful, and appreciative of the business. I’d be more than happy to give them my business again.

I've been to Elite three or four times at this point, and they are so great at their job. I usually get my natural nails painted and she always files them quickly and how I like them. She also remembers me even though I'm a very inconsistent customer, and asks about my friends who come with me at times. One thing that I really appreciate is how non-judgmental she is. I tend to pick or pull at my cuticles and it is NOT pretty. Never once has she commented on it, she just gently clips away the dead skin and makes them look clean and healthy. Excellent service! I initially called and received an appointment 1.5 weeks later. Justin called me back that same to day and came to my house that afternoon. He was very professional and courteous. I would give Dr. Smith 10 stars if that was possible. I've been seeing Dr. Smith for almost 3 years, she has seen me throughout 2 pregnancies, and now sees my entire family. She is always kind, gentle and is a wealth of knowledge so you always learn something new. I have recommended her to probably 10 of my friends and family members because she cured my carpal tunnel (twice), hormonal imbalance, postpartum, pregnant, every ache, pain, insomnia, stomach bug- you name it, seeing the entire team has helped us BEYOND measure. We’ve taken our pup to South Point Vet for the past four years, and we’re so grateful for the care we’ve received. Dr. D’Amelio has always been patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. I’ve asked more questions than I can count, and she has never made me feel rushed or silly for asking.
What I appreciate most is how committed they are to figuring things out when something isn’t right. They truly take the time to get to the bottom of it. On two different occasions, they even fit us in right away when we were worried, which meant everything in the moment.
It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.
My cat had an eye issue, I called the Dr and they got us in within 30 minutes. Every single staff member were so pleasant and helpful! They really put my cat and I at ease! I definitely recommend!
It's usually hard to get to a human on the phone which is why it's only 4 stars. Other than that, the staff are great. Appointments are on time and easy to schedule when you need it. Their online portal has great records of your pet.

Gao Yang's is an amazing young woman! She is kind caring and compassionate and genuinely wants her clients to feel at home in their body and have peace of mind. Her body work sessions are wonderful she takes time to assess the mobility of your body, determining which areas are stronger or weaker and she works with you to release physical and emotional tension. Gao is very knowledgeable, I am grateful to her for putting together a little work out routine to strengthen my body. I recommend her body work sessions!
