Belmont Yoga

Belmont Yoga is a friendly community yoga studio and retail shop located in downtown. It offers a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops, including Heated Power Flow, Vinyasa/Hatha Flow, Yin, Restorative, Deep Stretch, Slow Flow, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, and Meditation, available seven days a week for all levels. In addition to yoga, Belmont Yoga features a storefront called The JOYNT, where visitors can find a variety of hemp products, locally made art, yoga items, and artisan goods. The store is open Wednesday to Saturday, from 11 am to 6 pm. Convenient parking nearby makes visiting easy.
