The best yoga studio around! The owners and all of the teachers are very friendly and helpful. Everyone makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. They offer a wide variety of classes and times so I can always make a yoga class work for my schedule. I love the vibe and welcoming warm wishes you get when you enter the studio. Every class makes you feel at peace and there are always modifications to truly make it your own practice!

i have only visited studio twice and i really like it! it was so easy to set up my account in store. the owner explained everything so well and i got right into class! i take noon yoga with Liv. she's relatable and comfortable. the studio is cute and small. i appreciate the size; I don't feel like i get lost in the class. so if you like intimate settings... there is a store as well with CBD products, local art and crafts, some beverages, soaps and more. it's worth a visit. ALSO parking is easy, plentiful and free near studio!

You need this place in your life. Whether it's a yoga class, a one-on-one session, a workshop, or the storefront, there is something for everyone here. And everyone is welcome--you will find warmth, acceptance, and a true community of people from all walks of life who don't take themselves too seriously. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who are a part of it.
