Gao Yang's is an amazing young woman! She is kind caring and compassionate and genuinely wants her clients to feel at home in their body and have peace of mind. Her body work sessions are wonderful she takes time to assess the mobility of your body, determining which areas are stronger or weaker and she works with you to release physical and emotional tension. Gao is very knowledgeable, I am grateful to her for putting together a little work out routine to strengthen my body. I recommend her body work sessions!

Gao brings such a well-rounded, individualized approach to each session. She works with what your body, soul \u0026 spirit need in that moment. Her approach is extremely intuitive based on the energy you are radiating, both good \u0026 bad. Always leave with a new sense of wellness \u0026 reset :)

My sister took me here as a treat and it really was. The space was everything it should be. The class was a little too hard for me, but perfect for my sister. The instructor showed me options and helped me really have a great class. I can't wait to go back!
