I have been been going to Alexis for about a year. She has transformed an very uneven bob (done at another shop) into the bob that I love. She prepares you with care for every shampoo and conditioning. My neck is always supported comfortably. She gives the best scalp massage ?‍♀️ .I continue to go to her because she listens carefully to what I want, need and stays within keeping length if I want or goes short if I want.She’s works with care and she takes her time. I used the Smart style in Belmont North Carolina but I have used Smart style for a while Alexis was my stylist and I went in as an appointment and I was sitting there looking in no one what I wanted but she showed me the same hairstyle when I told her what I wanted without even showing her the picture and then I showed her one on Pinterest and she's like that one fits you just perfect well she did exactly what I wanted very nice courteous proper I will go back to her again when it's time for me to get my hair colored thank you so much Alexis

The lady was nice. But her services were expensive - definitely over my budget. I shall not be returning. I went for protein treatment and trimming of my ends. I paid over $130. I was disappointed given I had asked for the price ahead of time and didn’t get it but needed to get the treatment. Anyways, lovely salon as well. But not for me.
