The Mullis Construction crew was everything we could hope for when completing our attic space buildout. Charlie did a great job running the day to day and Alex managed the bigger picture to keep things on track for a timely completion. They were professional and communicated consistently throughout the entire project. We would definitely use them again for our next renovation.
Major 2 level deck Reno with roof addition. Multiple project delays, too common these days. The quality of the overall work was 4.5/5, some Subs just better than others. Overall we are very happy with the finished product.
I would give 5/5 to project manager Alex : knowledable, trustworthy, excellent communication skills; 4/5 to Charlie-onsight manager. Less experience , but didn’t jump in deep end without a life vest. Mitch is 5/5, only helped out prn.
The use of Buildertrend was at times Anti-helpful,
difficulty with documentation and timing of permits/insoections- at least 1/2 fault goes to City/County nimwits.
