“We moved from Indiana to Asheville, NC, to have a fresh beginning in a mountain home. We basically needed all new furnishings and were overwhelmed with the process of picking everything out ourselves. Courtney and her coworkers met with us in our new home and discussed our likes and dislikes in furnishing and general style taste. They prepared a presentation for us and although we were a bit nervous about turning this process over to someone else (mainly because I am super picky!), we proceeded with the proposal with few, if any, changes.
We now have all our furnishings and other decor in place and Courtney and her coworkers nailed it! We could not be happier with the end result. We wanted something that fit our taste but also did not want to repeat our previous suburban home vibe. Hearth and Home came up with many creative touches we never would have thought of ourselves. We are especially happy with a wine bistro/entertaining room they composed from scratch, including cabinetry, mood lighting, and other decor pieces that really make the room amazing. Courtney and her coworkers were very attentive during the whole process and we always felt listened to. She frequently went out of her way to deal with any issues that arose during the shipping and delivery process. Our home is so cozy and inviting and exactly the mountain home we were dreaming about! We met Brian Hutchinson who came out to our house, a long way out to our house. He put a great quote together that was surprising and we went with Brian.
