I cannot recommend Lobo enough. They are very professional hard working people. We contracted them to remodel the kitchen, dining area, and to move the washer and dryer upstairs from the basement. We are so happy with the results!

I bought a house last year that needed many updates (new kitchen, floors, bathroom vanities, adding screened in porch, etc), and hired LOBO Builders as a recommendation from another contractor. There were a couple of hiccups on my part that caused the beginning of my work to be delayed a few months, and LOBO was very understanding and accommodating. I needed to live in the house while the work was being done, and my comfort and access to utilities was one of their first priorities. Thomas Wolfe and his team at Lobo Builders are professional, responsive and provide high quality work. He came out and listened to the vision for upgrades and additions for our office space/house built in the early 1900s and respected our budget constraints, working with me to determine the best options for our project. Thomas and his team did an incredible job designing and installing an insulated sunroom we will use for specialized therapies. We also had the roof replaced (it's a complicated one) and when an issue with a subcontractor arose, Thomas was personally in touch with me and took care of required adjustments.
