“Gosh, where do I even begin with these guys? There are simply too many good things to say.

When we started our remodel/renovation journey, we knew we wanted to go with a company who could accomplish our goals while maintaining the unique feel of our historic home. We met with a few different companies, and while all were great, Lobo was exceptional. In a simple explanation, we went off of “vibes” when it came time to make our decision.

The first person we met with was Thomas Wolfe, who clearly shared an appreciation for older houses. Within minutes of meeting him, we had the confidence we’d been searching for in order to commit to our ideas.

Shortly after the process began, we were introduced to Laurin, who would be our main point of contact and guide through our project. Although Thomas had helped us feel confident enough to commit, Laurin really made us feel solidified in knowing that we’d made the right choice going with Lobo. She understood the asks and shared the vision from the very first meeting. She was able to just completely maximize the space that we had to make so much sense for our family’s needs. I am still blown away by what she was able to do with our plans and am so grateful for her expertise and eye for beauty.

Once demo started and construction was underway, we were introduced to Ric and his team. Ric has been nothing short of amazing. He is very professional, responsive, and clearly so knowledgeable about all things reno. He was our other main point of contact throughout the process and really made us feel like our home was in the best hands. I had full confidence that everyone I met working on our house knew what they were doing, loved what they were doing, and shared our vision. Our house, despite being a work site, always felt looked after and cared for.

Their estimation process with Chuck was extremely precise. We knew exactly what our budget was going to be and even came about 10% under that in the final count, as well as exactly when our completion date was. They were able to wrap up about a week early to help our son get into school on time! From day one we got progress reports matching our timelines and budget with the work as it was completed so we could plan our move in accordingly.

After the project was completed, Lobo was very present and checked in with us regularly to see how we were settling back in and enjoying the remodel. They have even helped us with a few things after Hurricane Helene that they did not have to help with. They truly feel like more of a family than a company and I would recommend them to anyone over and over again. We hope to use them again in the future for whatever projects we set our sights on.“

A & R. also managed the construction process; creating a timeline and providing follow up with the contractor. They stepped in to manage bumps at a time when their own resources became strained. “Just finished the design phase of our total home remodel. Morgan was amazing during the design process. We went to several showrooms together and she was very in tune with what I liked and the vision I had for our home. She kept up an ever evolving slide presentation that we left comments for each other and worked on through the whole thing. Tom and Morgan were very nice and professional from the first meeting. They were the only contractors I met with in the beginning that I felt like were interested in my vision and goals. We have just started the demo phase and Zach and Kevin have already been awesome and very attentive to our goals and making sure we have exactly what we want in our forever home!“

“Did an incredible job installing hardwood throughout our second floor, in our main floor bedroom and fixed a spot that was water damaged. Omar made sure to lay out the wood correctly too so that there was not any weird runs that catch your eye. The job did take longer than expected but I still gave 5 stars because he was very meticulous in his work. You can tell he takes pride in laying the flooring down right the first time and I think my home made it more difficult because the baseboards couldn't be removed due to them being glued to the drywall. I would and may hire him in the future for any flooring needs I have.“
