I love the personal one-on-one experience you get due to making appointments - there’s no crowd of walk-in’s waiting to get a random technician. Also, I love all the technicians there, but I absolutely love Sandy! She has a mild, professional, yet fun, personality. She knows how to both engage in good conversation as well as let the client just sit back in silence and enjoy the experience. I especially love this, because I’m not always a talker.
