“I had an excellent experience at this clinic overall. I came in with sudden, severe lower back pain and could barely walk. The team at Garvey Wellness Clinic took me back for X-rays right away, quickly assessed my condition, and made the necessary adjustments. The roller bed had to be sent from heaven! The entire staff was professional and genuinely concerned about helping me feel better.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the cleanliness of the equipment needs significant improvement. While lying face down on the treatment table, I noticed visible dirt and debris underneath, which was very distracting and concerning.

I also noticed that the adjustment bench is positioned against the wall rather than in the center of the room, requiring patients to turn over to receive adjustments on each side, unlike other chiropractic offices I've visited. There was no disposable paper or tissue covering provided for the headrest on this bench. Since patients place their shoes on either side of the bench, this means your head rests in the same areas where others have had their shoes. If the bench is going to remain against the wall instead of being in the center of the floor, I believe it should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every patient.

I truly hope the clinic addresses these sanitation concerns because the providers are excellent at what they do. Their care made a real difference in relieving my pain, and I would like to continue receiving treatment there. With better attention to cleanliness, this would easily be a five-star experience. Despite my concerns, I would still recommend the clinic for the quality of care, professionalism of the staff, and the results of my treatment.

Also, I was charged more than $37 as advertised in the new patient offer, even though I called to verify before I went. The receptionist must have been new because she didn't seem sure of her answers when I asked why I was paying more than $37 though I called and asked about the special. She said it was the added roller bed. But, the roller bed was definitely worth it so I didn't complain.“
