“The staff was nice. Yet I got my results and tried to call the lady who did my scan back and couldn't get a hold of her. Was on hold for Who knows how long trying to just tell them more symptoms. Please slow down when you're speaking because I couldn't catch the lady's name at all.“

“Dr. Shackelford is the best. Been going to him since I was a teen. I’m 31 now. Leigh is exceptional at what she does. I love her so much. Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available. Helps you pick out what fits you best whether it’s contacts, colored contacts, or glasses. Give this woman a raise !!!! Because of these two I will always be a customer at this place…..“
