Husband made a appointment for Thursday morning and when he gets there he not only waits for 20 minutes but the operator schedules him with the wrong doctor talking about they had the wrong nameMake that make sense
Absolutely terrible care. They don’t really listen or help you. Never responded to request to refills from Walmart or me. I called again and they wanted me to make an appt for refills when I just saw her 2 months ago and she told me to just call pharmacy when I needed refills.
Front desk very unprofessional, they don't know how to talk to people my wife have appointment on Friday, they call me and told me They have canceled her appointment because some wrong with the system and the doctor that was in on Friday. cancel her appointment. They tell me that she can come Saturday morning when she showed up Saturday morning From desk, tell her that she came in too late when they tell me that she can walk in on Saturday morning. Front desk acting like they own this clinic. These people don't have respect for the patients.
