The Dr.i seen for my ears, Was not helpful at all said I had phantom Pain, Did nothing for me from my earring, dismissed my symptoms, so I left and went to another doctor that found my perforated ear. They need not send me a remaining bill because I will not pay anything to someone that can’t do their job efficient.

TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME‼️ Did hearing test Dec. 14 now March 20 … they got paid by insurance and said I had hearing aids but WAS NEVER EVEN PRESENTED with OPTIONS nor asked what I could afford since insurance didn’t pay them full amount.Now I have to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN a HUGE WASTE OF TIME on the phone with insurance and Desoto’s voice mail. No updates Very POOR COMMUNICATION … ID GIVE THEM A ZERO but it’s not offered‼️‼️‼️‼️
