“after waking up w fever, used walk in clinic thinking I may be waiting for hours not feeling well, whole experience from front desk giving time frame before i even asked, medical assistant asking useful ques. nurse practitioner being considerate, calming, supportive, informative, listening, not rushing through or skipping tests, discussing treatment options & possible effects on body if needed & lab tech explaining steps was very reassuring that I was where I needed to be & the total time frame was maybe an hour.
