I went here a handful of times for various imaging and always found the staff to be friendly, and the technicians always made me comfortable. It was generally possible to get appointments quickly. Results were available soon after, normally within a couple of hours via the portal.
We had to visit this place unexpectedly last Thursday morning. We didn’t have an appointment and I was dreading going. My dread was unfounded & I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this business. We had the dr order so we didn’t need an appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful and the person who actually did the X-rays did a phenomenal job with my client. She didn’t have to take her necklace off nor get out of her wheelchair. He was creative in his process to position the client so he could capture the images he needed. First visit today and was very nervous. Pre-registration was horrible. The lady was sooo rude. The actual center employees were actually very welcoming. The lady at the front checked me in and took payment. Once l was in the back, the lady (l think Christy) explained the scan in which calmed my nerves. Great customer service.
