I was call at home to come pickup a blood pressure machine and another call to contact the office about some test results went to the clinic to pickup machine nice assistance in the back Jessie I believe she said her name was. She took the time to show me how the new blood pressure machine work and to go over my text results she was so patient and kind. Two other working in the back was so rude rushing her out of one of the rooms while she was working with me remind you there was NO other patients waiting for the room. Workers like that shine a negative look on the clinic. Ms. Jesse it's people like you that make such a positive influence....Thank You for Caring
I'm appalled. Today was supposed to be my follow up appointment. I called today to make sure everything was good to go before coming to my appointment. And low and behold I have a balance of 240, 75 due to be seen. Now me working in healthcare billing im confused! My plan is June to June not Jan to Jan. I specifically made my apt on Aug 25 because I was going in as my annual physical because my deductible starts over in June. My last visit was Dec!!!!! I'm livid… not because the balance but because the visits are not visits they simply talk and that's all no checking anything just ask questions.
I would not recommend to come here. They don't help much, when you are trying to ask NP for suggestions they said you can just Google it. Well, not professional. Their room is not clean, and they left other patients paperwork in the room. So your paperworks could be disclosed to some strangers. Also, they don't update your paperworks in the system. which mean you probably have to fill out paperworks when you get there even you visited a few months ago. Good luck on that. Another thing I dislike is prescription, how come they never send prescription to my pharmacy and I had called multiple times to check the status and they said we are working on it, and will get it send… read full review
