Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available. “The staff was nice. Yet I got my results and tried to call the lady who did my scan back and couldn't get a hold of her. Was on hold for Who knows how long trying to just tell them more symptoms. Please slow down when you're speaking because I couldn't catch the lady's name at all.“
“Everyone here was awesome when we visited yesterday. We had to take our son, and as parents dealing with a sick child is already OVERWHELMING. But we had top notch service as soon as we walked through the door. The staff, the front desk, the nurses, everyone was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Two doctors came in to see my son and they were so amazing (reminded me of Dr. Simone and Dr. Jackie from Married to Medicine ?)! This was our first time here, because we are still new to this area, but we will definitely be back!!!! Thank you all again.“
