“I always hated the thought of leaving my dog for boarding. I always wanted him home where he's comfortable. However, he loves it here. The staff are always excited to see him walk through the door and you can tell they adore dogs. The place is clean. And my favorite part is they send pictures on the daily when he stays the night. I would highly recommend.”

“We just did a test run before our vacation for our dog that has some stranger danger. Very thankful several people from the shelter recommended Arch City. The meet and greet was very helpful and helped set us at ease for our short trip. If you have a dog that does not love “going to summer camp” I would definitely recommend trying Arch City. They are very affordable and it makes a big difference knowing our girl is with someone that understands and cares for her.”

“We had a wonderful reception at this clinic! Everyone from the receptionist (missed her name) to the tech, Chrissa, to the vet, Dr. Dillon, were friendly, welcoming and kind. Both Chrissa and Dr. Dillon got down on the ground to introduce themselves to our dog. The dog is a 3 year old rescue and we had been told by a previous clinic she would need sedation for nail clipping. The staff here were willing to take the time to work through her anxiety and get her nails clipped. They took their time with us and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend!”

“St Louis Invisible Fence did a great job with our install, training and support over the past ten years. I got a new puppy and scheduled and paid for training All four were scheduled in advance with 5 hour windows. i now found out a friend is coming for a visit and lands at 12:50. my window is 1-6 so i called to see if i could get 2-6 instead. the girl was brash and told me flat out no. we can do 8- noon or 1-6 thats it. i said ok then i guess I have to reschedule. Next available she says is July 1. So i said her next one is the 6th of June so isnt July 1 too late. Well we have a cancellation list. I told her not to bother. Their customer service is horrible! -Am changing my review since the regional manager just called. The customer service girl is not from St Louis but in a call center. Thats not a great excuse,but makes me feel betteer”

“My 2 cats are always skittish when we take them out of the house, but when we get in our exam room they calm down nicely and warm up to the staff. My cats have always been treated with care and have always had an honest exam when it comes to their health. We are very happy with Romain Creek Vet, have been with them for 3 years and will continue to come back!”

“We fell in love with and adopted a snuggly puppy ... and quickly realized we were in over our heads. We'd never had a puppy, much less a people-reactive dog, or one that looooooved playing with other dogs so much. Thank goodness we found Good Dog to help us learn the science behind his reactivity, how to build a daily life that works for us and him, and how to read dog behavior (because not all dogs love him as much as he loves them).<br><br>But perhaps the best part of all is having a whole team of humans who understand our little guy and love him as much as we do. Big thanks to Cam, Archie, Kailey, Maggie, Cait, and the whole team for (a) making the effort to understand the dogs with big feelings and (b) making it so much fun to train with them.”

“I dropped off Bo my 9-month-old GSP for a trial day of doggy day care a week(ish) ago and he had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. He is so shy around new dogs so I was able to watch the live cameras and see how he was doing throughout the day which was great. I spoke with Schaely the trainer who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to start the two-week training today so I will post another review/update once his training is complete. So far our experience has been great!”
