“We, Judy Jo Hutchison and Dodge Andersen own a wedding venue and discovered our AC was not working the night before a wedding while clients were setting up. Steve was there the next morning and was able to fix one unit good enough to get us by until the end of the weekend. He then called the next day and find out for us our compressor was still under warranty. He had it replaced and we were good to go for the next weekend. He is prompt, thorough, his very conscientious of our facility and our cost. Great communication!! He also does our maintenance twice a year. He makes things smooth as far as appointments go!!! “Just moved to Versailles Missouri 3 weeks ago. Temperatures dropped down to 25 feels like 17. Woke up to no heat! Called around several different places at 7a.m. Got ahold of speciality heating and cooling. They told me they could make it out between 11-1. John was at my door at 8:30a.m. Had my unit up and running within the hour. Great honest service from this company. They will be receiving my business from here on out!“
