Apparently whirlpool decided to discountinue the main circuit board on a 5/6 year old machine which is ridiculous but that had nothing to do with the service call. Benitz did all they could. Would have decided on getting new machine anyway since part would have been around 300 if it had been available. Paid 99 for the service call and testing of machine. I would not hesitate to call on Benitz again.“
