“On behalf of the Pettigrew family we want to say thank you to the entire Baucom’s team. From start to finish everything was seamless and done with dignity.From the beginning they made everything easy. They were not aggressive and did not try to oversell us anything we did not want. They explained every service and gave us examples of what things would look like or how they would go. They respected our wishes at all times. When anything needed to be corrected, they did so most of the time without needing to be asked. They asked our feedback every step of the way and we were able to make changes as needed. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. Everyone there was friendly, empathetic, and compassionate toward the loss of our loved one as we grieved. The embalming and makeup team did a fantastic job. Our family and every guest said that our lost loved one looked just like himself, he looked so good! We were picked up early and services ran on time. The police escort to the Cemetery was so professional and well done. There were times when things were offered simply because they understood what we needed in the moment, that did not go unnoticed.Overall, we were very pleased with the services, customer service, and treatment we received. Everything was top notch and we appreciated every moment of it. We will definitely be recommending Baucom’s to other friends and family. We give 5 out of 5 stars.“

I have had no issues that were not addressed and taken care of right away. I believe the grounds are taken care of and I visit my husband's grave regularly. Some of the monuments could use repairs as they have been there many years. With that being said I am happy to have had the opportunity to be helped by *** in the office she has been very helpful when needed. “

“This place has been in business as long as I can remember. Here, I've buried and attended numerous family and friends final resting place. Frankly, I don't think you could find a better place in St Louis to say your last farewells to your loved one. They have ample parking spots, and the location couldn't be better. The staff have always been helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the whole process of burying a loved one. Including, dealing with the insurance and benefit companies. I would highly recommend saying your last goodbyes to your loved ones here.“
“One of my loved ones is buried here. Grounds are always well kept when I visit and I have never had a problem or issue. Only thing I dont like seeing is the giant homes being built across from the cemeterty.“
“The staff is accommodating. There are two separate offices, one for sales and another for administration. I have experienced both. The sales office is very compassionate and speaks clearly about options. The administration office, which I have experienced multiple times over the course of 1.5 years, has been very organized in every detail of the process. Specifically, in regard to stone placement, which does not happen overnight due to suppliers, they were able to give me status whenever I asked. They have a great program for buying a wreath at Christmas time. Upon request, they will purchase, place and then later discard the wreath, which is very pretty.“

“My mother-in-law, Virginia McKinley, recently passed away and we scheduled a viewing and burial through Lipton Chapel. I admit, I don’t as skeptical of how she would be presented in an open casket so I came early with my box of make up to provide any touch ups. The man politely allowed me to go in and see her before everyone else arrived and I was touched by how natural and peaceful they had dressed her and done her make up. Then, they did not rush us as a family, but allowed us to say goodbye and say a few words. The traffic navigation to the burial site was incredibly organized and efficient - giving every car a ‘funeral’ tag and carefully leading the procession all the way across town to the graveside. The burial and gravesite set-up was also tastefully done and the men in charge were incredibly polite. I highly recommend Lupton Funeral Home to anyone in St. Louis looking for a tasteful and professional service. Thank you Lupton for make a difficult time so much smoother.“
