The staff, including Josh, are known for their kindness, attention to detail, and sensitivity during difficult times. They make the process easier by handling every detail and even setting up options like a Zoom funeral when needed. The venue is well-maintained and provides a comforting environment. Many families highly recommend Lupton Chapel for their support and excellent service in times of loss.
Lupton's employees are very caring and compassionate. They respected our wishes and were very gracious to assist with whatever was needed. Everyone was quick to respond. Our mom donated her body to science and they too care of everything.
Having attended funerals at Lupton Millard Chapel several times, I was always impressed by their professionalism and thoughtful care. Therefore, I chose them to handle my husband's cremation and the attendant paperwork after his death last fall. When an error was noticed on one of the documents, they worked diligently to get the correction made, even hand delivering the forms to Vital Records in Jefferson City. When Vital Records then lost the documents, they made another trip to the State Capitol, and followed up to be sure it was being corrected promptly.
