Absolutely! My Grandmother Thelma Thomas, transitioned June 20,2025. From the time Baucom’s received the call, they handled our family with Love, and compassion! Special thanks to Ms. Shamari, this young lady had my Mother and Aunts (family) in tears at our family viewing. We prayed that God would make it possible to have an open casket, Shamari worked a miracle and as soon as we saw my grandmother it was a ABSOLUTE YES! It felt like a release knowing that we would be able to share our Grandmother with everyone that attended and wanted to see her! The staff was AMAZING! They spoke to us as family and took care of us like they had known us for YEARS! We had last minute changes with the funeral and burial but the staff handled everything effortlessly and seamlessly, it literally felt like everything was going as planned 100% of the time.

I highly HIGHLY recommend you use Baucom for your funeral needs. My stepfather’s memorial service was amazing thanks to Baucom! The set up was beautiful and the throw is amazing! My mother loves it. Everyone at the service was so impressed by the professionalism of the Baucom employees and set up. I appreciate how the staff at Baucom reached out to us via email and text to let us know they were praying for us. They were supportive and very patient with us throughout the planning process and helped us put the service together in less than 1 week!! You will not be disappointed with Baucom. The prices were reasonable and the service was top notch!
