The staff is described as the kindest, most loving people who go out of their way to serve. They even brought the death certificates to the customers' homes. The first-day experience of planning everything for several hours in their offices was made easy and comfortable, as customers felt at home discussing something with a friend. The staff, especially Julie, took such good care of the memorial services, planning everything from military honors to the procession route. Customers were left to mourn their beloved ones, forever grateful for the professionalism and compassion during the worst of times.

Kelly, Milton and Lindsey were so helpful with the cremation of my aunt. We ran into a small issue (not of the funeral homes making) at the being of the process and everyone was so helpful to help me work through the situation. They were respectful and kind through the entire process. They treated my aunt with the most dignified respect. At the time of going to pick up her remains, they had her urn displayed beautifully in a private chapel so we could have some time alone with her before we took her to her final resting place.
