The first-day experience of planning everything for several hours in their offices was made easy and comfortable, as customers felt at home discussing something with a friend. The staff, especially Julie, took such good care of the memorial services, planning everything from military honors to the procession route. Customers were left to mourn their beloved ones, forever grateful for the professionalism and compassion during the worst of times.
