Serenity provided exceptional care and professionalism in handling the services for my beloved husband, Reverend Dr. William Meanes. During an incredibly difficult and emotional time, their team was compassionate, comforting, attentive, and professional from beginning to end.

My father passed away on the 2nd of June 2026, and with his sudden departure came a whole host of issues that I wasn't prepared for. That being said serenity helped me get through the hard part of dealing with the insurance and getting me to meet my deadline of June 30th. Despite issues what's my father's insurance I was able to see my father off in a proper way and they helped to make it possible lending me a hand in my time of need. Thank you serenity.
